Group and Allotment Management Module

This module permits you to reserve a group room block that remains tentative until the group is confirmed; otherwise, it will expire by your chosen time and date, failing confirmation. This function allows agencies, wholesalers, or even your own sales department to make one or more reservations. Therefore you can effectively manage the following:

• Tentative or definite group room blocks
• Automatic release dates can be applied if desired
• Group members’ folios can be transferred to group master folios
• Automatic reservation generation and  room assignments can be done in advance
• Each reservation is linked to its’ respective group
• Check-ins/outs for groups can be done using the group arrival/departure functions
• Confirmation letters for the entire group block is available, complete with invoicing estimates based on the block details.
• Confimation letters for individual reservations are also available. A confirmation letter with the actual reservation and final billing amount is always available.
