Up to four currencies can be managed, including your local currency. The foreign exchange calculation is automatically made during payment! On the reservation screen the equivalent of your local currency is shown.

This module gives you access to more than 200 reports. Most offer you many choices according to the data you require. Certain reports can also be produced using charts and graphs.

With this module, you can establish and manage the rules to be applied at the time of reservation. You can establish your rules regarding  minimum stay lengths for certain periods, require a credit card guarantee, require a telephone number be recorded, etc.

This module permits you to reserve a group room block that remains tentative until the group is confirmed; otherwise, it will expire by your chosen time and date, failing confirmation. When inputting an address, simply type in the Canadian postal code or American zip code to obtain the name of the city/ province or state/ country.  This will save time and avoid transcription errors.

This module allows you to register and track all outstanding receivables and payments received, produce account statements (with aging). You may also choose to impose an interest rate or house limit for each account.
