Hello Everyone! Good news, thanks to my two increases in room rates since last year, I managed to get a 12% increase of my revenue and a better average rate this last August.
Thank you Hotello! I noted with great pleasure that my Hotello reservations software allows me to easily change room prices.
With this hotel management software, we have increased the use of our corporate and rack rates. Before Hotello, about 80% of my customers got the corporate rate as the receptionist (often a student or part-time employee) wrongly attributed the corporate rate to ineligible customers.
In addition, this software allows me to close discounted rates during peak times (sports tournament in the city, or even in another city as the Cree tournament in Val-d'Or Amos beyond that, large conference, etc...). Even if the receptionist "click" selects the corporate rate code, the computer will display the correct price of the day. Finally, when filling in the reservation form, the pricing will automatically calculate and change the price as we change the number of occupants. It also charges the additional bed automatically, when required. In conclusion, if you do not have reservation software like this one, you are probably losing several thousands of dollars each year, in addition to depriving you of a tool that will make your work-life drastically easier!
